PMSM motor
The HVLS fan is directly driven by a domestically manufactured permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) without the need for a gearbox,
No transmission lubricant is required. Maintenance free, motor efficiency up to 81.5%.
The motor protection level is IP55, efficient and energy-saving, with a service life of over 10 years.
The motor weighs 42.5 kilograms and only consumes 1.5 kilowatt hours per hour at maximum wind speed.

Frequency conversion speed controller
Integrated control inverter; IP55 protection level; equipped with start and stop buttons, stepless speed adjustment knob, indicator light; with overload protection, voltage impact protection, phase loss protection and other protection functions.

Fan blade
Made of magnesium-aluminum alloy 6063-T6, it is high-strength and durable. The cross-section of the blade is a propeller streamline, with low wind resistance and high energy efficiency. The two ribs and over-reinforced structure have a thickness of 2mm and a blade width of 180mm to avoid blade fatigue fracture.

Fan blade connector
Made of No. 45 steel with thickness to 15 mm. The plug-in connector fully contacts the cross section of the fan blade reinforcement. The connection length reaches 15cm and the stress area reaches 195 square centimeters. It disperses stress and reduces the wear caused by the connector on the fan blade, ensure the safety of fan operation.

External reinforced clamp
The double-sided fan blade external clamp-type reinforced structure increases safety while preventing the nuts from damaging the fan blade structure due to improper operation during fan installation, completely eliminating safety hazards.
